TSclean tank and silo cleaning
TSclean specializes in the interior cleaning of tankers. At multiple facilities, CERTUSS steam generators supply the company's steam connections with hot process steam. The customer is pleased with the excellent cleaning results.
Owner Jan Neumann ordered his first CERTUSS JUNIOR 600 steam generator for the first company location for tank cleaning in Fahrbinde.
When he established another tank cleaning facility at the Kavelstorf location several years later, he again relied on tried-and-tested CERTUSS steam technology. At TSclean, a CERTUSS JUNIOR 600 feeds eight steam connections for the high-pressure cleaning of tankers and also supplies the hot water conditioner. Included in the CERTUSS CVE supply unit is a water supply system matched to the steam generator featuring water conditioning, feed water preheating, condensation return, steam drying and clarification equipment.

Back in 2005, I was already highly satisfied with the centerpiece of the system in Fahrbinde: the CERTUSS JUNIOR 600 SC natural gas steam generator. I chose CERTUSS quality once again for Kavelstorf. The system has been running well since 2008.

Solution
CERTUSS steam generators offer a high degree of efficiency. The short heat-up time of no more than 5 minutes saves both money and energy.
